About this session
In this session, Dr. Wesley Johnson will go over the general framework of biological and chemical controls under the Export Administration Regulations. This will include a discussion over what controlled materials and chemicals are under the EAR, as well as their related technologies and software. Dr. Johnson will also plan to gov over recent changes to the Commerce Control List and with Q&A session at the end of the presentation. By attending this session you will better understand what controlled biologicals and chemicals are, as well as how they may fit into your institution's export compliance program.
