Council on Governmental Relations
The Council on Governmental Relations (COGR) is an association of over 185 research universities and their affiliated academic medical centers and research institutes. COGR concerns itself with the influence of federal regulations, policies, and practices on the performance of research conducted at its member institutions. COGR includes materials on export controls on its website and quarterly COGR membership meetings often include sessions focused on developments in export control regulations and compliance issues.
