About this session
This presentation will cover the nexus between contracting and export controls, covering various aspects of contract negotiation which can implicate the need for compliance requirements with U.S. Export Control laws. The presentation will provide an overview of the partnership between the contracts and export control teams at the University of Florida (UF), while taking a deep dive into contract negotiations and expected outcomes. Using examples of contract text, UF will provide case studies which elaborate on negotiation experiences and provide the audience a chance to engage with speakers.
Jointly hosted by NC State University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
