His licensing, classification, and disclosure work has involved a diverse array of items, such as armored military vehicles, computational fluid dynamics software, defense services, firearms, herpes, integrated circuits, nuclear source material, sardines, violins, and worms. To the best of his knowledge, Pat is the only university ECO a Cuban government official has tried to trick by hurriedly editing a website for a scientific conference in Havana. The University of New Mexico awarded Pat a B.A. in English and History, and the Georgetown University Law Center awarded him a J.D., most likely on purpose. |
