Join Swapna Has she leads us through a mediation session focused on being in the present and acceptance. This 15-30 minute meditation is a simple tool to try to help calm your mind and reset your balance. Swapna has over a decade of experience in this practice and leads sessions both for her university and others. We are grateful that she has offered her services to lead this AUECO session.
