Rhonda Ryals has been the Director of Export Compliance and Research Security at Clemson University. In this capacity, she is responsible for compliance with export controls, addressing foreign influence concerns, and information security requirements for research. Previously she was in Export Compliance in the Office of Research Integrity Assurance at Georgia Tech for 10 years. Rhonda receives a B.S. Degree in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Georgia.
